Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AdaptLend, a trade name (DBA) of Honest Casa LLC ("we," "us"), collects on adaptlend.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We collect sensitive personal information only because our matching service can't work without it — and we try to be plain about what happens to it.

1. What we collect

• Your form answers — your goal, how you earn income, what documentation you could provide, your general credit picture, the property type, and a loan-size range.
• Identity and contact details — your legal first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and home or property address (including unit). We ask for these so a matched professional can reach you and verify your identity before sharing a quote.
• Technical basics — our hosting and infrastructure providers may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type when pages load. We do not run advertising trackers, and the Site does not set tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

• To match you with participating brokers and loan originators whose specialty fits your situation.
• To deliver your match by email and enable a matched professional to contact you.
• To verify identity, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep records of consent.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to comply with law.

3. Who we share it with

• Participating professionals. When you submit the form, we share your submission — including your contact details and answers — with one or more independent, licensed brokers or loan originators so they can contact you about your inquiry. This transfer may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state privacy laws; see "Your privacy rights" below for how to opt out.
• Service providers. Companies that host our infrastructure and store form submissions on our behalf (for example, our database provider) under obligations to protect the data.
• Legal. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.

We do not share your information with data brokers for unrelated marketing, and we do not use your date of birth or address for anything beyond matching, verification, and fraud prevention.

4. Consent to be contacted

Submitting the form requires checking a consent box permitting AdaptLend and participating professionals to contact you by call, text, and email (including automated and prerecorded methods). You can revoke that consent anytime — reply STOP to any text, use an email's unsubscribe link, or email us at the address below.

5. Retention and security

We keep lead records only as long as needed for matching, legal compliance, and consent recordkeeping, then delete or de-identify them. Submissions are stored with access controls that permit writing new leads from the Site but not reading them back publicly. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we use HTTPS across the Site and limit who can access stored data.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, among others), you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
• Request correction or deletion of your information.
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information — for us, that means opting out of your lead being provided to participating professionals.
• Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@adaptlend.com with the request and the email or phone number you submitted. We will verify and respond within the timeframe your state's law requires.

7. Cookies and third-party services

The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts and pages are delivered by our hosting provider; each may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving content, governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Children

The Site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; the form rejects dates of birth younger than 18. If you believe a minor submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
